How secure is your site for credit card transactions? Extremely Secure! All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. I have not received an email confirmation of my order, what's wrong? This is usually due to the fact that an incorrect email address was used when registering or a typographical error was made when you entered your email address. You can check or change your email address by login to your account or notify us with your name, phone number and the correct email address. This should allow us to accurately locate your account and correct the error.

Do you have stores where I can pick up my order from? Unfortunately we do not have conventional stores. This was done on purpose to keep overheads as low as possible in order to keep prices as low as possible. Instead we have a central order facility which sorts orders and allocates them to the dispatch centre for immediate picking and prompt delivery.

What is the Yield? The Yield is the average number of pages you will achieve per cartridge. A page is defined as a usual business letter with around 5% ink / toner coverage. If you print any graphics or print at a higher resolution, the page Yield will be reduced.

What is Prebate toner? Lexmark supplies normal toner cartridges as well as prebate toner cartridges - both are genuine cartridges with the same printing yields. The prebate toners are cheaper but the cartridges themselves can not be refilled or remanufactured and the cartridges can be returned to the manufacturer once empty under the Lexmark Free Recycling Program.

What is Compatible Cartridges? Compatible cartridges are non-OEM cartridges that are made by a third party using the same standards as the OEM. These cartridges are also called "Generic" cartridges. As with most generic products, they cost considerably less than their brand-named counterparts. Note that remanufactured cartridges are also sometimes referred to as compatibles to indicate that they are compatible for OEM cartridges. The cartridges we sell work and print just like OEM ones. Will my printer's warranty be voided if I use a compatible cartridge? Certainly not! It is illegal under the Trade Practices Act for any printer manufacturer to require you to use their brand name cartridge. In fact in Australia there is millions of replacement cartridges sold each year.
