We guarantee our products to be free from defective material and workmanship, and will therefore replace, repair or refund any faulty or defective items at our discretion free of charge. Please contact us prior to the returning of any goods, as many issues can be solved without sending goods back.

To return goods, please follow the rules below: |

Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without an OfficeToner.com.au Return Authorisation Number. |
| 2. |
|
Toner and Laser cartridges MUST have a sample of print. Without this we are unable to process the return to the vendor of the product and will result in the return being denied. No exceptions! |
| 3. |
|
Seal and secure all goods to ensure unbroken arrival without leakage or loss in transit. All unwanted items must be unopened and in saleable condition with no writing or labels on boxes otherwise credit may be rejected. |

Freight on return goods will not be paid by OfficeToner.com.au and must be sent to our Sydney Office. |

Once we have received the cartridges, we will then evaluate them and contact you to advise the result. |

Return Authorisations are only valid for 14 days. |

If the product has been refilled remanufactured or tampered with in any way it will be rejected. |

Most cartridges have to be over a minimum weight before we can accept them for return. |
| 9. |
|
As a rule we do not give credits for returns where the goods are over 3 months old from the invoice date. This is due to manufacturers restraints, not our wishes. Exceptions are made for some products where we have specific latitude given to us by the manufacturer of the product. |

All incorrectly ordered goods returned to OfficeToner.com.au will incur a 15% restocking fee and Return Authorisation form request must be made within 7 days from date of invoice. |
