Shipping Policy Free delivery on purchases over $65 (inc. GST). For purchases below $65 a delivery charge of $6.95 (inc. GST) per order is applicable. We supply and ship all our products Australia Wide only. All orders are despatched ASAP. We use Australia Post and various couriers for all items. As a general guide deliveries to major cities and towns can arrive same or next business day (if ordered before 3:30pm) whilst it could take up to 5 days for remote areas. Deliveries can only be made where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained. (You have the option to authorize the parcel to be left without signature.) The best addresses are where someone is home between 7am and 6pm weekdays, or a business address which is open during normal business hours. Usually if delivery cannot be made, Australia Post and couriers will leave a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item but this cannot be taken for granted. If delivery cannot be made you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred even though you may not receive the item, so make sure someone is available to sign. We now can deliver to your PO Box. If any item on your order is out of stock, we will contact you (by e-mail or phone) in 24 hours and give you an estimated delivery date as well as the option of waiting for your items or receiving a full refund.
