We sell and ship products only within Australia except the area treated by couriers as overseas location (Such as Lord Howe Island, Norfolk Island and Christmas Island).

Price, Currency and GST

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and GST inclusive. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at at any time before you place an order. The price of products shown excludes shipping costs. Shipping cost is a separate charge which is shown on the product page and is calculated upon post code entry.

Payment and Processing currently accepts PayPal, Credit or Debit Cards and Direct Deposit. The orders paid by PayPal and Credit or Debit Cards are processed instantly. The Electronic Transfer or Direct Deposit may take 1 to 2 working days for payment confirmation and we reserve the right to cancel the order if the payment is not received in 7 days.

Credit Card Fraudulence and Protection

When you place an order by either a Credit Card or PayPal, we may email you requesting a copy of your credit card along with your driver’s license in the event that the order could be a potential fraudulent or unauthorised activity. The information you provide will be destroyed after verification purpose is completed. In this case, Your orders will not be processed until it passes the verification. If you do not provide the requested information within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded back to the method in which you paid. These information requests are sent to help protect Credit Card and PayPal account holders from online fraud.

Dispatch and Delivery

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible after the processing. The estimated delivery time is 1 to 6 business days, depending on the shipping address, product type, stock location and the courier schedule. Although every effort is made to ship your order on time, we do not guarantee that the item will be delivered within the estimated delivery time frame.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on the auto-generated order confirmation. Deliveries can only be made where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained. The best addresses are where someone is home between 7am and 6pm weekdays, or a business address which is open during normal business hours. If the delivery cannot be made, the courier driver usually leaves a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item but this cannot be taken for granted. If the delivery has failed, you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred even though you may not receive the item.

If the “Authority to Leave” option is selected or requested, and our couriers cannot be held responsible for goods being left unattended and missing.

The goods shall be at the Customer’s risk at the point of delivery. The Customer, upon taking delivery of the goods, shall immediately examine the goods and give written notice to of any defect within five (5) days of such date, failing which the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in good order and condition and accepted by the Customer.

Order Amendment or Cancellation

We cannot guarantee changes to your order can be made once it has been paid for. Warranty & Return Policy

The Customer has specific legal rights under the Australian Consumer Law in respect of goods and services purchased from ("Consumer Guarantees"). Any defective products purchased from and affiliates that fall within the warranty period provided will be covered, unless they fall within the following conditions:

  • Physical damage on the product not caused in the event during transit or Dead on Arrival (DOA) but caused due to mishandling, incorrect use of product for its purposes, improper installation of product, by accident, insect or vermin infestation, improper method or failure to maintain service and handle the item with reasonable care.
  • The product has been modified by using unauthorised methods. Any modifications on the product including physical and software modifications using third party unauthorised software such as third party firmware updates will void the warranty of products.
  • Already knew of a particular fault in a product, or we specifically advised you of a particular fault in a product before the purchasing.
  • The warranty seal or serial number of the item has been tampered with.

To be eligible for a return, warranty claim or consumer guaranteed claim, consumers must also meet the following requirements:

  • Report the details of the fault and a photo may be requested to assist the assessment of your claim.
  • Stop using the faulty item and ensure reasonable care is taken while the goods are in your possession.
  • The product must not be disposed of, lost or destroyed. We may need it to be returned for the faulty inspection.
  • Contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. The return cannot be accepted without a’s Return Authorisation Number.
