10. What is Prebate toner?
Lexmark supplies normal toner cartridges as well as prebate toner cartridges - both are genuine cartridges and have the same printing yield. The prebate toners are cheaper but the cartridges themselves can not be refilled or remanufactured and the cartridges can be returned to the manufacturer once empty under the Lexmark Free Recycling Program.

11. What is Compatible Cartridges?
Compatible cartridges are non-OEM products made by a third party using the same standards as the OEM. These cartridges are also called "Generic" cartridges. Same as most generic products, they cost considerably less than their brand-named counterparts. The remanufactured cartridges sometimes are also referred as compatible models to indicate that they are compatible for OEM cartridges. The cartridges we sell work and print just like OEM ones. Our outstanding warranty shows our confidence in the quality of the products.

12. Will my printer's warranty be voided if I use a compatible cartridge?
Certainly not! It is illegal under the Trade Practices Act that the printer manufacturers request you to use their brand name cartridges. In fact, there are millions of replacement cartridges sold each year in Australia.
