The Customer has specific legal rights under the Australian Consumer Law in respect of goods and services purchased from OfficeToner.com.au ("Consumer Guarantees"). More information in relation to the Consumer Guarantees may be found at www.accc.gov.au. In addition to the Consumer Guarantees, all products sold by OfficeToner.com.au are covered by the manufacturers' warranty that accompanies the product. If you think that a product is defective, please contact us prior to the return of any product as many issues can be solved without sending the product back.

It is highly recommended that customers contact the manufacturer's technical support directly for any troubleshooting or technical support advice before you lodge a warranty claim. If the manufacturer directs you to return the product back to us, please ask for a tech support case number. This will expedite the warranty process when lodging a warranty claim with us.

To return goods, please follow the rules below:
1.  Report the details of the fault and a photo or other details may be requested to assist the assessment of your claim.
2.  Stop using the faulty item and ensure reasonable care is taken while the goods are in your possession.
3.  The product must not be disposed of, lost or destroyed without our permission. We may need it to be returned for the faulty inspection.
4.  A Return Authorisation Number will be issued by us. The return cannot be accepted without an OfficeToner.com.au's Return Authorisation Number.
5.  Seal and secure all goods to ensure the return ones are not broken, leaking or lost in transit. All unwanted items must be unopened and have no writing or labels on boxes. Otherwise, the return may be rejected.
6.  Defective products must be returned in the original cartons and with all original pieces, packing materials and relevant manuals.
7.  Freight on return goods will not be paid by OfficeToner.com.au and the return must be sent to the address on the issued RA Return Label.
8.  The Return Authorisations are valid for 14 days.
9.  Once the return goods are received, we will then evaluate them and contact you to advise the result. The warranty claim will be rejected if the damage has been caused due to mishandling, incorrect use of product for its purposes, improper installation of product, by accident, improper method or failure to maintain service and handle the item with reasonable care.
10.  All incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods to be returned to us will incur a 10% restocking fee and the freight charge is not refundable. The request for Return Authorisation Form must be made within 7 days from the invoice date.
