1.  How much is the freight charge?
The freight charge is calculated at shopping cart and will be from $8.80 per order. Free Shipping is applied to printing consumable orders over $500 except for NT and some remote areas. There is an additional freight charge for the heavy items, such as printers, fax machines and scanners.

2.  How fast will my order arrive?
All orders are dispatched on the same day if placed by 3:30pm. The estimated delivery time is 1 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping address, parcel size, product type, stock location and the courier schedule. As a general guide, deliveries to major cities and towns can arrive on same or next business day (if ordered before 9:30am or 3:30pm) or up to 5 business days for remote areas, but it is not guaranteed. You will receive an Order Update email after the order is dispatched. Please contact us a.s.a.p if the delivery is not arriving in the estimated time schedule.

3.  Do you ship to PO Box or Parcel Locker?
Yes! We can deliver to your PO Box or Parcel Locker now. The option for the PO Box or Parcel Locker delivery will show at Shopping Cart and Checkout if it is available.

4.  How is my order sent and what happens if I'm not home for delivery?
We use various couriers to ship all orders Australia Wide. Deliveries can only be made where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained. The best addresses are where someone is home between 7am and 6pm weekdays, or a business address which is open during normal business hours. If the delivery cannot be made, the courier driver usually leaves a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item but this cannot be taken for granted. If the delivery has failed, you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred even though you may not receive the item. So, please make sure someone is available to sign.

You have the option to authorize the parcel to be left without signature, but it will be at your own risk. OfficeToner.com.au and our couriers cannot be held responsible for goods being left unattended and missing.

5.  Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we're unable to allow pickups from our warehouse. The distribution centres operate with a highly automated dispatch system which allows us to send out orders quickly and efficiently. Allowing pickups would disrupt this process.

6.  Can I send items to a different address from my billing address?
Yes, you are able to send an item to an address other than your billing address. To do this, simply add a new address and select it for shipping.

7.  How do I change the delivery address on my order?
We highly recommend you double check your delivery address details before you complete your order in the first instance. After completing the order process, you will instantly receive an Order Confirmation email - and at this point, you will be able to view your billing and shipping address details again to ensure they are correct.

8.  Do you ship items outside Australia?
At present we are only able to ship within Australia except the area treated by couriers as overseas location (Such as Lord Howe Island, Norfolk Island and Christmas Island).
